Shipping Methods

Shipping orders is free throughout Greece, done with the “ELTA Courier”. Delivery time is 1-2 working days from the time of order, depending on the place of delivery. The Peloponnese, Epirus and the Islands need 2 working days.

Shipments to Cyprus are delivered in 2-3 working days and are charged with shipping costs of 20.00 euros per order. The cash on delivery method is also provided for Cyprus !!

Returns Policy

1) What is the return policy?
You can return a product within 7 days from the date of receipt.

A) Replacement *. We will do our best to replace the product you returned to us, whether this product is defective (same code, with the possibility of changing the size or color), or you have been sent the wrong code, or the size is not right for you. For the best possible service, we suggest, within 24 hours from the date of receipt, to inform us of the desire to replace it.

B) Refund of your money to the bank account that you will declare to us or to the credit card with which you made the payment within 7 calendar days from the date we will receive the product you returned to us. Refunds are not made for products that are on offer and during a discount period.

C) Credit of the value of the product you returned to the account you have in our online store in order to use it in your next purchase. The credit will be made within three days from the date of receipt of the products in our warehouses.

The responsibility for the return of products lies solely with the customer. That is why you must make sure that the product is very well packaged when it is returned.

2) What is the process of returning a product?
From the date of receipt of the product you have 7 days to decide whether to return it. As soon as the goods leave you, DRESS2IMPRESS will receive it within 1-2 working days in case of returns from Greece and through “ELTA Courier”. The cost of return and resending is fully borne by . After receiving the product, we will process your request immediately and we will inform you by e-mail about its processing.

Note: all products must be returned in their original quality condition and with the tabs on them. In the event that our quality control detects a defect in the product unexpected, Customer Service will contact you for the procedure to be followed.


3) Is it possible to return a product requesting a replacement and this is not possible?
When DRESS2IMPRESS receives the product you returned, it will process your request for a replacement. In case we can not replace the product, we will contact you to return the value of the product. Refunds are not made for products that are on offer and during a discount period.


4) What do I need to be aware of when I receive my new shoes?

First of all, your new shoes are well-worn !! However, we recommend that you be very careful in their first test until you decide whether to keep them.
