CHANGES / RETURNS
Product Return
You can return a product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. All returns must be requested before sending your products back to us. Please note that returns are only accepted if:
1. You have contacted us at 2310600996 or send us an email at info@fwfw.gr
2. All the accompanying products are returned (packaging and proof of purchase, as they are part of the product).
3. No intervention has been made on the product.
4. The product has not been worn beyond the test.
5. Send the product through the elta courier with which we work (the relative cost of sending the product for return is borne by you. The cost is € 3.5).
In case of product return, you can either replace any product in the order with another product.
Defective products
In case you receive a defective product (eg wear during transport), contact us at 2310600996 no later than 2 working days from the date of receipt and we will let you know how to replace it.
Change / Cancel order
You can change or cancel your order at no charge if your order is not ready for shipment, by calling tel: 2310600996 or sending an email to info@fwfw.gr. In case you have prepaid the amount of your order, the full amount will be refunded to the account of your choice. In case your order has been placed for shipment, no refund will be given and your order will be shipped normally.

SHIPPING METHODS
Package Shipping
The products are sent door-to-door to the address you have stated through ELTA COURIER. With the sending of your order, you are informed with the sending number via e-mail and you can follow the progress of your order here .
Receipt from store
You can choose to pick up your order from our physical store. Once your order is ready you will be notified by phone and you can pick it up within 3 working days during store hours.
Delivery Time
Shipments are delivered within 1 to 4 working days from the day of payment of the order for mainland Greece and from 2 to 6 working days for the islands and inaccessible areas. < / p>
Shipping Costs
For purchases over 45 euros shipping is free.
For purchases under 45 euros shipping costs are 3.5 euros.
In case you choose payment by COD the costs are 2 euros.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
With credit / debit card
Every purchase from the website of www.fwfw.gr is made at the option of the buyer with the possibility of payment by credit or debit card.
Transactions are made electronically securely, in real time (real time), between the Buyer and the cardholder with the National Bank (National E-commerce) which handles the transaction on behalf of www.fwfw.gr
In this process, www.fwfw.gr has no participation and the sensitive data of your credit / debit card are not stored in its system.
In case the buyer who makes the transaction is not the same person as the owner of the Credit Card, www.fwfw.gr does not bear any responsibility and has no obligation to return money.
Cash on delivery:
You can pay for the courier server by delivering the products to your place. For COD shipments there is an additional charge of 2 euros.

In the Bank’s Deposit Form you will write the Name or the number of the order and you must send us the copy via email to info@fwfw.gr.
In cases where the deposit is not made within two days from the day the order is placed, then the order is automatically canceled by the system.
The cost of the bank supply is borne by the Customer.
